Any claims related to the purchased products must be processed via the email address ayuda@candil.shop or through the personalized online assistance provided by Customer Service.

If the CUSTOMER is interested in any claim, they must contact us beforehand through the communication channels established above and request the corresponding refund in their case.

In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the CUSTOMER's account will be disabled until the process is concluded. To reactivate it, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay in advance the costs arising from the claims process.
