How to make purchases at the CANDIL.SHOP store?


Orders and payments are made online through a simple and intuitive purchasing process:

  1. Register with the information requested in the corresponding form.
  2. Fill out your address book.
  3. Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
  4. Complete the payment by filling in the required information.

What are the delivery methods, timelines, and rates?


 
The products are delivered to the authorized sales points, which will be communicated in a timely manner when the customer receives the order delivery confirmation. Please note that the same order may be divided into multiple deliveries.

The delivery time is within 24 hours of receiving the purchase confirmation and once the order is approved.

What payment methods are accepted in the store?


  • Tarjetas de Crédito/Débito: Visa y Mastercard.
  • Otros métodos de pago autorizadas en el mercado.

How can I shop in the store if my card or bank account is in a currency different from CAD?


Todos los productos publicados en la tienda muestran el precio en euro (EUR) y la moneda de cobro es el dólar canadiense (CAD). Cuando realiza la compra, su banco retira los fondos correspondientes de su cuenta, aplicando el tipo de cambio vigente en el momento de la transacción.

Why is my credit card being declined?


The credit card payment may be declined for multiple reasons:

  • The information provided during the payment process does not match that of your card. A simple typographical error in one of the fields can cause the transaction to be declined.
  • You have not activated the security code: Some credit cards, to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code that you must enter to confirm the payment. This code is provided by your bank.
  • It is possible that your card has insufficient funds to pay for your purchase. Pay special attention if your account is denominated in a currency other than the euro, due to currency conversion issues.
  • The amount of your purchase order may have exceeded the daily/monthly limit per transaction set by your bank for the card.
  • It is possible that your card has expired.
  • In the event of a declined order, you should check if the bank sends you any notification; this often happens, and you just need to contact the bank to approve the transaction and then try to purchase again.

It is important that you contact your bank to confirm that there are no blocks on your account that prevent us from charging the card. Make sure that the billing address specified in your purchase order matches the one registered with the card-issuing bank.
